Connected to curated content, why can’t we map and add to ideas, as we do with GitHub for code. To be able to flesh ideas and explore learnings, we need to have conversation and they are not always going to be aligned in opinions - but that is exactly the goal. It is important to have conflicting thoughts, but what is the medium for that?
We have conversations through forums like Reddit, but it is quite casual, subject to intense moderation, and is not a good representation of conclusions/outcomes.
We can use Google Docs for outputting information in a readable format, but it is ineffective at the free flow of information and conversation in one space.
Maybe what I am describing here is Wikipedia - but that is not somewhere we have conversations, but state facts. How can we create wiki, but ensure it is an environment where assumptions can be challenged and can lead to productive discourse?
TBC.
